So, you think you have completed The KEY?

If you have, then we can agree that it was well worth your time and effort. However, just as in all things, we want to improve the program for future generations. To do this we need your input.

Below you will see a link to download The KEY program evaluation form. Please take the time to print and fill out this form, and mail it to the Delta Chi Fraternity Headquarters office. Upon receiving your competed form, we will in turn mail you your KEY Badge Guard (once we have verified you have completed the program through a review of your Learning Journal). Just follow the below steps and your KEY Badge Guard will be on its way to you:

1. Once you have completed your Learning Journal, email a copy of it to the Fraternity.

2. Download a copy of The KEY program evaluation form (click here), print it, and fill it out.

3. Mail the form to the Delta Chi Headquarters Office:

Make sure to include with your evaluation, the address where you want your KEY Badge Guard to be sent.

Hopefully, by completing The KEY you have come to the understanding that there is no point in life where you can stop learning. You must continue to Keep Educating Yourself every step along the way. Only then will you truly become, "the hand that grasps the key."
