Delta Chi Leadership Programs

The programs provided by Delta Chi are designed to be a complete progression to enable members to master leadership skills, clearly identify their personal values and commit themselves to a lifetime of brotherhood. The wide range of programs held across North America provides opportunities for all chapters and colonies to participate at different levels. Below is the current list of leadership programs available to student and alumni members. If you have any questions regarding any of these programs, please contact the Director of Chapter Services.

Delta Chi "A"s' Academy

January 13-16, 2012

Delta Chi is thrilled to have every "A" from the active chapters and colonies to gather for the sixth annual "A"s' Academy. The Fraternity's premier leadership and management program will provide all "A"s' with resources and increased confidence to lead their chapter/colony more effectively.

The curriculum will contain work on delegation, communication, confrontation, motivation, and representation as the five core competencies for our fraternity leaders. For questions regarding the "A"s' Academy, travel arrangements, or attendance questions, please contact the Director of Marketing & Special Projects, Zac Cole.

Regional Leadership Conference (RLC)

The Regional Leadership Conference is designed to develop leadership skills, to help attendees realize that Delta Chi is more than their own chapter/colony, and to provide Delta Chi men within the Region the opportunity to share ideas, achievements and experiences with other Delta Chi chapters, officers, Regents, alumni, advisors and Headquarters staff. Each RLC is hosted by a chapter or colony within that region and is where the region's representative to the Fraternity, or Regent, is elected.

Check the date and location of your RLC.
