House Corporation President The role of the House Corporation President of a Delta Chi chapter or colony is one of house management, supervision, advising, and chairman of the House Corporation. This position is suggested to be a two-year term and is elected as need be. Since a House Corporation is a separate, incorporated legal entity, it has no requirements set by Delta Chi Law.
