Carson Mack Hired as Coordinator of Field Operations

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity and Executive Director Jerod Breit are excited to welcome the addition of Carson Mack as Coordinator of Field Operations, beginning August 16, 2021. Mack will serve as a chapter coach for select chapters in Regions III, VIII, and IX and support ongoing expansions.

“We are very excited to welcome Carson to the team,” Breit said. “Her experience as both an undergraduate leader in Kappa Delta and her professional life bring a unique perspective to assisting and growing our chapters.”

A native of Colorado, Mack attended Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences in 2018. While at CSU, Mack joined Kappa Delta International Sorority, eventually serving as President, Vice President of Finance, House Finance Director, and as a Panhellenic Recruitment Coach during her tenure.

“Carson has a wealth of knowledge in recruitment best practices and chapter operations,” Heather Lockwood, Senior Director of Field Operations, said. “She brings a positive energy and passion for fraternity that is a perfect fit for the Delta Chi International Headquarters team. I am excited to see her help our chapters thrive.”

As a collegiate member of Kappa Delta, Mack oversaw chapter operations for 175 members, including supervising and supporting nine executive officers and managing the organization’s strategic initiatives.

Since 2018, Mack has split time across professional industries, serving as an Event Planner for the Raccoon Creek Golf Course in Centenniel, Colorado and as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Newton Middle School. Her work in education includes providing individual and small group instructional strategies to students and implementing team-designed behavior support plans.

“I love meeting new people and getting the opportunity to make new connections, which is what excites me most about this position,” Mack said of her hiring. “I know with my knowledge of strong fraternal operations, I’m ready to make an impact and support Delta Chi chapters.”

In her free time, Mack is an avid golfer and likes to read, hike, and watch hours of YouTube videos.
