Delta Chi Seeks Qualified Applicants for Director of Field Operations and Growth

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity is currently seeking qualified applicants for Director of Fraternity Operations and Growth (DFOG). The DFOG is responsible for managing all growth operations including strategic plan initiatives and expansion project cultivation, marketing strategy, preparation, and implementation. The Director is also responsible for colony development through chartering and post-chartering support.

In addition to managing expansion processes, the Director is also responsible for developing recruitment resources and tools for the general fraternity and supporting chapters in overall growth. The DFOG reports to the Senior Director of Field Operations and directly co-supervises the field staff team. The DFOG works closely with the Director of Field Operations & Services and will be expected to support all areas of field operations as needed.

Position Snapshot:

  • Status: Full-time position
  • Reports to: Senior Director of Field Operations
  • Location: Indianapolis, Indiana or remote
  • Travel: 45-65%
  • Salary Range: $52,000 to $55,000
