INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity and Executive Director Jerod Breit are excited to welcome back Manuel Macias, San Bernardino ’18, to the International Headquarters staff as a Coordinator of Field Operations, effective October 11, 2021.

“We are all very happy to welcome Manny back to our team,” Breit said. “He is a true professional that loves Delta Chi and will serve as a great resource for our members and alumni.”

Macias previously served as a Leadership Consultant from April 2018 to November 2019. During that time, he supported Delta Chi expansions at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Texas A&M – San Antonio, the University of Denver, the University of Omaha, and Towson University. In addition to recruitment support, Macias was the expansion lead and resident for the Omaha Chapter and the 2021 President’s Cup recipient San Antonio Chapter. He currently serves as the ABT President of the Omaha Chapter.

“Manny’s experience in growing Delta Chi, supporting our members across the country, and keen insight for adapting the co-curricular Fraternity experience is a major asset to our field operations team,” Heather Lockwood, Senior Director of Field Operations, said. “We are delighted to welcome him back to Delta Chi is this new role.”

Macias graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from California State University – San Bernardino in June 2018. He previously served his chapter as the “A”, Membership Development Chairman, and Public Relations Chairman. He was also involved with Student Government and served as a new student Orientation Leader and as a student mentor.
