Regional Leadership Conferences

Delta Chi’s Regional Leadership Conferences develop leadership skills and provide members the opportunity to share ideas, achievements and experiences with other Delta Chi chapters, officers, Regents, alumni, advisors and Headquarters staff. The region’s representative, or Regent, is elected at its RLC.
Delta Chi’s 2022 RLCs will return to in-person events, with the exception of Region I & VII’s joint virtual event.
The attendance requirements and expectations have been set by the Regents. Please note, RLCs will take place over five weekends and officer attendance for educational tracks is required. Please be aware of the time commitment as you begin planning with your chapter/colony.
Registration for each RLC, when available on MYDCHI, is listed under Events (select the correct RLC and click ‘Register for this Event‘). If you do not have a MYDCHI account, click here for instructions on how to create one.

FAQs
COMPULSORY ATTENDANCE AT CONFERENCES — Failure to have a delegation in attendance at each Regional Leadership Conference shall result in a fine of $200 for each vote the chapter would be entitled to cast, even if the chapter is ineligible to vote. A delegation must include at least one student member of the chapter and meet the attendance standards that have been set and communicated by the Regent. The Board may waive or reduce the fine on a motion by a Regent following the conference and approved by a majority vote of the Board.
