INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity and Executive Director Jerod Breit are excited to announce the promotion of Ross Dickneite, Central Missouri ’19, to Director of Alumni Engagement & Relations.  He previously served as an assistant director.

“Ross has exceeded expectations since day one,” Breit said of Dickneite’s performance since joining staff. “His dedication to the staff and Delta Chi is admirable and his drive for success is contagious. I am very proud of Ross and his hard work and look forward to many more years with him on our team, driving organizational priorities around alumni and volunteer engagement.”

In collaboration with the Fraternity’s leadership, Dickneite’s work has been highlighted by establishing a renewed focus on alumni engagement. He streamlined and implemented the senior engagement program, which captured outgoing senior information on their alumni transition for the first time in Delta Chi’s history. He has directly connected more than 100 seniors with alumni chapters and started the first-ever young alumni focus group, which captures information geared toward future improvements. He designed and implemented an alumni event plan which focuses on addressing geographical areas where alumni may be underserved or the greatest need exists. His first event in New York City saw more than 31 chapters represented and spanned graduating classes from 1959 to 2020.

Dickneite attended the University of Central Missouri where he studied business management with a double-minor in leadership studies and computer information systems. He joined the Central Missouri Chapter in fall 2015 and would go on to hold several positions for the chapter, including “A”, “E”, AMC, and brotherhood chair. As “A”, the Central Missouri Chapter won six IFC awards. He also served on the IFC board as Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Service and was an alumni ambassador for the University, working closely with donors and alumni engagement professionals. He was recognized as the Fraternity and Sorority Life Emerging Leader of the Year and achieved the 5-Star Chapter of the Year

Dickneite maintained strong post-graduation involvement with Delta Chi, serving as the Alumni Board of Trustees President for the Central Missouri Chapter. Prior to his time at the International Headquarters, he worked as an admissions representative at State Technical College of Missouri.
